The restaurant, Joséphine's, offers creative international cuisine to be selected from a gourmet menu and themed buffets. It is open from 12:00 to 14:30 and 20:00 to 23:00.

The lounges bathed in natural light are for hire for banquets, cocktail parties and receptions. They can accommodate up to 190 people, and the catering service offers set menus and themed buffets.

The copious American buffet breakfast is comprised of a large selection of fresh produce and a smaller selection of organic produce. It is served in the restaurant, Joséphine's, from 05:30 to 10:30. If you prefer, the staff can arrange for your breakfast to be brought to your room.
