• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 7.50 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 14.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Directions

From the main railway station (“Hauptbahnhof”):
- Take the S-Bahn (city railway) line S75 towards Spandau OR the S7 towards Potsdam OR the S5 towards Westkreuz
- Get out at the station “Zoologischer Garten” and take the exit “Hardenbergstraße”
- You should reach our hotel after 500 metres

From Tegel Airport:
- Take the bus X9 and get out at the stop “Zoologischer Garten”
- Take the exit “Hardenbergstraße”
- You should reach our hotel after 500 metres

From Tempelhof Airport:
- Take the bus 119 and get out at the stop “Kurfürstendamm”
- Follow Joachimstaler Straße for about 800 metres and then turn into Hardenbergstraße
- You should reach our hotel after 500 metres

Arriving by car:
- Take the city motorway as far as the exit “Kaiserdamm” and continue towards the city centre (“Stadtzentrum”)
- Continue straight ahead until you reach the square Ernst-Reuter-Platz, and then turn right into Hardenbergstraße
- After 600 metres you will find our hotel on the right-hand side
