"The location of the hotel was excellent and on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a place to store luggage after I checked out, so I didn't have to carry it around before my departure time." (3305545775)
The location was excellent within walking distance of Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Louvre. The room was very nicely decorated.
The shower head leaked and sprayed all over.

"The hotel is difficult to find on the first visit. Fortunately we arrived by taxi and we would advise any new visitors to do the same, particularly as the Chatelet metro station has many exits. My daughter and I arrived late at night and would not have been able to locate the hotel. However once we familiarised ourselves with the area we found it to be an excellent base for our visits to the sights and shops of Paris. We will definitely stay here again." (3305494437)
Welcoming and clean. Full of style and character.
No tea/coffee making facility in the room.

"Overall a good hotel with great location at a reasonable price. Rooms could have been bigger and facilities better, but for the price it was a good hotel." (3305135559)
Location and staff
TV channels and lack of hotel facilities

"This little hotel is tucked away off the Rue de Rivoli and five minutes from the Louvre and Notre Dame. we got a really good deal as August is 'off season' in Paris. Small breakfast room and bar, but with ll the cafes and restaurants right outside, it really is best just to use the hotel to sleep in. The room was small but very nicely appointed, and with a touch of French design flair, it was very pleasant to stay." (3304964841)
Small, classy hotel right in the heart of Paris
Nothing

"The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the staff could not have been more helpful. Offering to book restaurants and recommend places to eat. English was spoken which helped our very basic french. Would certainly recommend it." (3305085444)
The room was clean, smart and well presented.
There was very little to dislike. The room was smallish but this is typical of Paris hotels.

"have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 2 years. I never go anywhere else because they do look after you well and because it is so handy for everything that I need in central paris." (3304964698)

no tea making facilities in the room, but tea easily available via reception

"I have stayed at this hotel 4 times over the last year or so and I will continue to go back because of the convenience of its position and the welcome that you receive." (2841745)
The hotel is in an excellent position for the casual tourist - just a few minutes walk from the Louvre, the Pompidou Centre and the Seine. It takes less than an hour to get from Charles De Gaul airport via the RER train to the hotel (which is only 5 minutes walk from the station). The staff are very helpful too. This hotel is not the plushest hotel in Paris, but it is one of the most welcoming that I have stayed in.
Tea making facilities in the rooms would be an improvement

"I have stayed at this hotel before so I knew a bit about it already. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was straight forward - my details were on their computer when I arrived. The rooms are quite basic and some only have showers, but they are clean and have all the things that you need. My room had a bathroom (shower only) with toilet and sink + main bedroom with double bed, basic furniture, closet, phone and TV. The views aren't great, but it is central Paris !! I understand that one of the rooms has a very pretty balcony all the same. On a previous visit I asked to change my room because of the shower issue, which they did very happily. I am planning to return to Paris in a couple of months and I will stay here again." (2614514)
Good central location with easy access to rail links to the airport. The hotel is in an excellent location for the Louvre, Notre Dame, Pompidou Centre and is very close to connecting Metro lines (at Chatelet). It took about 45 minutes to get from Charles De Gaul airport platform to my room.
They should install tea making facilities in the rooms and perhaps advise guests at check in if they have a shower or bath.
