"In an English speaking country I believe hotel desk employees should be proficient in speaking English. Communication was somewhat challenging. Not having air conditioning was a big problem--especially after changing rooms with the promise that the air conditioning would be working. It was commendable of you to offer a refund, which entirely changes my view of your business following my experience. Your extremely close location to Heathrow airport with shuttle service was outstanding." (107121354)

Your female registrar M---, on duty on Aug 22 a.m.was very helpful and efficient, assisting me with my complaint regarding no air conditioning in either of the two rooms I had tried. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with her resolution of the problem. Only because of her, I would book a room again with your hotel and recommend it to others as M--- illustrated your desire to stand behind the quality of your product.

Booking information did not include your policy that children over 15 are expected to be booked in their own room. This seems outlandish to me as many U.S. hotels require a person to be 21 in order to even book a room at all. Your room was described as a family room which is misleading if you consider how many families have children older than 15. Offering rooms with sleeping capability for 3 or 4 is a need you should help fill. Expecting American families to book multiple rooms is not reasonable and customary. European hotels could help promote tourism by changing their policy regarding multiple room bookings for groups larger than two. Booking according to sleeping capacity makes far more sense.

"Good and as expected from Premier from previous experience. " (107264669)

Quick and efficient once the queue of people had gone down on check in.

Need more check in staff when the queue gets to big. Some parties were asking so many irrelevant questions that it took along time to get to the desk. Only one waitress catered for those sitting actually outside the restaurant even when the tables were fully booked.

"A Nice but short stay" (108022282)

Compared to other English hotels we feel that you are doing a good job. A nice change from The London hotels that we used.

    Room and staff excellent

Staff were very co-operative and cheerful carrying out their duties but, we had to wait some considerable time before actually receiving our evening meal. Breakfast self-service was ideal as far as choice and quickness was concerned but, there was a lot of coming and going, hustle and bustle, by customers and staff continuously passing by our table which was a little disconcerting.

The friendly and helpful attitude of staff at this hotel was quite outstanding. Although it is close to the airport, we found the soundproofing to be excellent.

Little noisy at night, as our room was on the ground floor by a hall door.

Nice, clean and refreshing stay. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast good value (if with family)

One of the receptionists could have been a little more friendly. I didnt know the car park ticket procedure and she must have thought everybody should know it. Asked for a airport view room for my boys which I was told when given key I would have but it wasnt. At £93.00 parking ought to be included.

The curtains didn't keep out all light from the reception area, which our room was above, and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't turn off even when the bathroom light was off. I thought maybe it was on a timer after the light was switched off, but apparently not. Being a light sleeper this prevented me from sleeping well at all. Unless it's been repaired since you can check this in the room i stayed in!

I had a good feeling about the hotel on arrival

would have preferred a room with an outside aspect. The waiting area around the lifts did not apprear airconditioned and I did not find the stairs as an alternative to taking the lift. perhaps I didn't look hard enough!

That we were able to aquire an extention to our overnight stay by way of late check out on our arrival at the hotel at an acceptable rate.

Computer for which we paid fo was not working, however, we received a credit with no problem. Would like to have had a faucet with ability to get warm water not just hot or cold unless filled basin.

Felt secure - single female. Staff very polite and try to be helpful - sometimes language difficulty. Not affected by aeroplane noise, but room ventilation noisy & air con noisy.

Restaurant staff did not have a good understanding of what drinks were available from the bar. Fruit salad very disappointing - only apple & orange and 3 grapes.

"I think the on-line description should include views of the rooms, so we order what we want. The staff was friendly and helpful; having a customer relations person on hand was definitely a help, answering questions, etc. when the reception staff was busy with other customers. It should be noted that the shuttle is 4 pounds per person, not trivial, when compared with those who offer free shuttle." (97827623)

Clean, simple and inexpensive. Convenient to Heathrow airport. A minor complaint about desiring two beds instead of one was resolved to our complete satisfaction... the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything costs extra... the shuttle to the airport, Internet access, breakfast, parking to name a few. No exercise facilities or pool/hottub.
