The lady at the reception was extremely helpful, unlike many hotels in Europe, you could feel that she is trying to help.
It would have been better if there was a LAN connection in the room (the connector is in the wall), even with an extra charge. But OK, maybe there are not so many business travellers staying in the hotel due to the location. Also, one English channel on TV would also be nice... And please check that credit card machine!!! The card was not the problem since I used it in another country afterwards.
